		<description><![CDATA[Great blog post! This falls along the concept of owning your skills/knowledge as opposed to &quot;renting&quot; them. If you&#039;ve truly owned a skill or concept you should be able to explain it to a 6 year old. 

I think it is empowering to be in a position to share with someone who might not have your skill set.

He is an older member of a soccer group I coach. Also a coach to a group of 6 year olds. What might you recommend in your experience?]]></description>
