Alwyn Cosgrove is one of my best friends in the field, and in addition is one of the best coaches and fitness business minds out there. You may also know that Alwyn is a two-time Stage IV cancer survivor, having beaten lymphoma not once but twice. Alwyn’s emails during his cancer fight often left me in tears.     I just purchased the Liftstrong DVD, and I wish I had gotten it much earlier. The diaries at the beginning are mind numbing, leaving me in awe at the mental, and physical strength that Alwyn posesses.
    Everyone contributing to the DVD gave an A+ effort, making it exceed my expectations.
