    We do use more of a clean grip. Way less shoulder stress.

    I find that my athletes have an easier time getting their hips through with the snatch. I’d much rather have them snatch for that reason, the ROM utilized, and the core work you get from it. Great post and thanks for sharing your knowledge!!
