The Fascinating Five for 2009
Shuttle Systems just named me one of the “fascinating five for 2009”. This was a list of five people that Shuttle Systems ( maker of the MVP Shuttle) feel impacted the fitness field in 2009. I have to say I was flattered. Take a look.

I think it would be the goal for the larger athlete and potentially for the PT client. For general personal training clients we will progress if there is potential for progression however it would be less of a priority than for an athlete.

Coach Boyle,
You mentioned using the MVP shuttle with 3 distinct populations:
1) General PT clients
2) Injured Clients
and
3) Overweight Clients/Larger Athletes.
If plyometric work is viewed as a continuum, and less-than-bodyweight work as with the MVP Shuttle is far to the left/an early progression, is the goal eventually to get populations 1 and 3 (I am assuming the goal has to be so with population 2) to be able to handle the same work with bodyweight and this is just a way to safely build up?
