    Someone already commented on the Jillian Michael’s ads. Bummer! That made me laugh, but the article points out many sad facts about society today. There is no quick fix. Trust “moderation” and take care of the body you are given each day. Above all else, you owe it to yourself!

    Funny how, when I was reading the article, one of Jillian Michael’s ads was on the right hand banner of the page.
