Last up is another article along the same lines as Rob’s from site member Karsten Jensen called Mike Boyle Says the Squat is Dead is He Right? I don’t think I agree with this one but, I don’t want to be like the NSCA and only provide a forum for those I agree with. Lets see what you guys think.

First off, sorry that last week’s video was a duplicate. I post so much stuff I forget what I posted. This weeks video is a peak into an MBSC staff meeting. Kevin Larabee has been filming and editing some of our on-the-floor sessions. This one is Teaching the Clean. Some of you may have already seen it as it hit the forum as soon as it was up on YouTube. You guys are like detectives.
