Just finshed three sets of 6 20-10 AirDyne intervals.
-1 mile completed in each set
– 15:28 total time Max HR 171
– rest 1:10, 1:20, 1:40 approx by HR recovery

    Do you recover to 120 bpm?

  5. Also, I think I’d read somewhere that you believe in doing some type of metabolic work 5-6 days a week, but for relatively short overall duration. 20 minutes or less usually. I take it this is all your energy work for the day?

  6. Outstanding. Wondering if you have ever tried intervals on an Arc trainer.. I own an airdyne and the Arc isn’t exponentially difficult like the airdyne, but the upright posture as well as the ability to use upper and lower makes it somewhat similar. Nothing is really quite as difficult as the airdyne in my experience.
