The Past Week on StrengthCoach.com


Well once again it is Thursday. Sounds like I’m working from a script. The truth is the week just gets away from me. With our MBSC Summer Program in full swing its tough to blog, keep up with the forum, answer emails and do stuff like this. But, you don’t want to hear me complain so…

First up last week was: Should Sprinters Squat Part 2 . This is the second in a series that looks further into the idea of single leg training for runners.

Next up was  My 2 Cents . This piece comes from Stanford Director of Strength and Conditioning Brandon Marcello. This is a great piece that draws on the lessons learned by Brandon over his career in the field.

Last up was another piece from Alwyn called:  Evolution of Metabolic Training The Results Fitness model . As we are all well aware fat loss and metabolic training are all the rage right now. I think Alwyn has really been the guy at the forefront of this. Take a look at the literal evolution of Alwyn’s system.
