I don’t like back squats or cleans from the floor so, I probably wouldn’t like the program.

What are your thoughts on this: Advanced weight training for freshman HS: Program for the first 4 months consist primarily of bench, power cleans, and squats. Cleans and Bench might be performed 3x a week for multiple weeks.
I think these guys need some input?
