Hey Coach, I just came across this on Youtube. After listing to you on the most recent podcast I thought you would appreciate this UCSF presentation. Perhaps you have already seen it but if you haven’t it’s worth it. I got a lot out of it.

Hey Mike- I see that Reebok is now sponsoring Crossfit. Based on your relationship with Reebok, will you now be adding a Crossfit program to MBSC? (and yes, I am kidding)
