Hi Mike,
I recently saw that Kevin Larrabee got himself an airdyne. He mentioned that the guys at MBSC are doing 5 mile challenges. I’m curious to know what the fastest times are. I have an airdyne (thanks to you), and the past 2 days I rode 5 miles in 11:26 and 11:30.

I recover to 110. My BU guys are younger so they are 120-130.

MB- what heart rate do you recover to after your 1min rides before you again? Thanks

Coach Boyle, do you do active rest or are you just sitting on the airdyne during the rest periods?

That’s a pretty good average mi.

Tried 7 miles for time for the first time (small fan). Averaged 2:31 miles. Heart rate only hit 94%. Probably should have pressed more early on. Nice to try something a little different.
