Personal Training Mentorship
MBSC coaches Kevin Carr and Brendan Rearick have put together a great personal training mentorship experience at MBSC.
This mentorship experience has been designed to help in the development of any coach or personal trainer looking to make training people into a career.
- Are you new to the business?
- Do you have your own personal training studio?
- Are you a life long student just looking to get better?
- Want to know how the best in the world does it?
- Do you do mostly private and semi private training?
- Not enough time to go back to school or to do an internship?

To be honest. I just don’t have the time any more. This one will be taught primarily by Kevin and Brendan and that is why we advertised it this way. In addition this one is more geared to the personal training side. Our “normal” mentorship is a mix of lecture, training and observation of our business model. This one will be more formal with more teaching but less teaching from me.

Glad to see another mentorship offered. Would like to take advantage of it and eager to learn from Kevin and Brendan. Curious however, I’ve heard Coach Boyle mention in the past that the difference in his mentorships is that he’s doing most of the teaching/mentoring, which doesn’t seem to be the case after reviewing the tentative agenda. Why the change?
