The Most Competitive Sport in America
Every week or so I want to highlight another gem from Joe Ehrmann’s Inside Out Coaching. I truly hope everyone who works with kids reads this book and encourages every parent who has a child in youth sports to read it. I hope it becomes a New York Times Best Seller. It is that important.

Mike, you just gave me inspiration to Forge Elite Parents and host the Parent Games. (Hate to start off on your blog like that, but it’s a good chuckle.)
Not sure how competitive it is, though. Lots of what I have seen over the past decade is a competition to not see who the best is, but rather who is the worst. And I dearly hope that changes.
