    seeing Michelle Obama at number one I already knew this list was a joke. By the time I got to Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and Tim Ferris I wanted to puke. I am glad to see some great trainers and coaches on here. (Mike Boyle, Cosgrove, Ferruggia, Cressey, Poliquin etc. but all of these guys should be in the top 20. It’s a shame what passes for main stream health and fitness these days. Arnold could probably squat more weight than the first 7 people before him on the list, COMBINED.
