I can’t begin to find words to describe this article ( PS- none of them would be good). I know I’ll get a few hate posts but here goes. Read this:

  4. Hi Mike, I’ve just read this post on crossfit. I have read the others you posted too. I try to stay open minded like you. I did not think their methodology and mindset could get any worse. Going back to the quote from your book by Vern gambetta in taking responsibility for injurying athletes…they have not learnt that lesson. Awful. Ps have you read ‘The Chimp Paradox’ by Dr Steven Peters?
