what do the numbers (165,168 etc) Mean?
On my airdyne the Watts were close to 200 and I was getting about the same times you were.

Tim- they are challenging, aren’t they. Small fan will be faster but those are pretty good times.
Another one we do regularly is 6 x .5. I try to keep them all under 110.
