Been playing with a 3mi, 2 mi, 1 mi reverse ladder. Amazingly in three attempts the times have ben within 9 sec total .

Tim- I can ride 2:30 miles for 7 mi., but 2:20 for 3 is tough. I cant bounce back with a sub 5 two mile though.

Wow! That 3 mile time is something. My times (small fan) today were 7:33, 4:47, and 2:26, with at least 2 minutes rest.
