    Crossfit is not a sport. The people in the Crossfit games generally don’t really Crossfit. They are pole vaulters, gymnasts etc.

    The cool thing about this is not her falling, but looking at everyone just watching and walking by her like nothing happen.

  3. Treating crossfit as a sport / competition is dangerous and can lead to injury, just like participating in most sports.

    However, crossfit can also be a safe and effective training methodology when the competitive aspect is removed and the focus shifts to proper form and exercise progression instead.

    That would be an interesting study.

  8. Sounds like a negative undertone. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with CrossFit, only something potentially wrong when mixed with certain people. All high level athletes take risks.

    2013 CrossFit games in 1 week! Fittest on earth! It’s going to be amazing.
