    I love this quote and if we consider what he had to go through during his life it’s obvious he knew what he was talking about.

    I think we need to teach leadership. Guest speakers who “get it”. Little movies from Simple Truths. Life lessons on paper. We try to look at leadership as something we can teach and we try to teach it.

    This is an awesome quote. I couldn’t agree more with the message. As a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, I do deal with large teams of athletes. With large groups of athletes comes bad attitudes here and there. So, do you have any tips that may help weed out any selfishness and promote more leadership?
