  2. I would like to read the original because there are some wrong translations. For example he says “caderas estrechas” when this means the hips are not far from each other as a cause for low back pain. I guess he wanted to say tight hips. The problem is we have different ways of saying tight when meaning a lack of mobility, and tight meaning narrow or close to. This is the reason why I think part of it has been translated from an english written source.
