Jason- I just wish more people would try it instead of getting defensive. My intent is only to help. Glad it did.
A few years ago, I simply took your advice and tried single leg squatting. After learning how to do it properly, my legs began getting stronger without the low back pain I had suffered from years of bilateral squatting. I’m a big believer in using single leg movements for heavy leg training, and I’ve seen the results with my athletes as well! Thanks for saving my low back and those of my clients/athletes Mike!
