MBSC YouTube Videos

Just got an email from a friend about another colleague’s YouTube Channel and realized that we have never really publicized our YouTube page. We have quite a selection of videos. Take a moment and have a look. I’m surprised that with no work at all have about 300 subscribers.

    Carl- I’m not a fan. I think it was an old article, not a Youtube clip. Don’t think I’ve answered that question on video. Bottom line, we developed some of the world’s best skaters without a treadmill. We had one for a short time. Very loud, labor intensive. Not a great investment in my mind.

    If I remember correctly, Mike is not a fan of this…

    Fellow SC grad here .. love your work.
    Saw a youtube video of you doing a glute bridge with a theraband a few weeks ago and I can’t find it anymore. Any idea you know what I’m talking about….
    Keep changing the game… great stuff!
